What is your gender, age, weight and do you have any medical conditions? These factors are relevant.
Generally, according to the American Heart Association, a blood pressure of less than 120 systolic (upper number) and less than 80 diastolic (lower number) is considered normal.
Prehypertensive: 120-139/80-89
Hypertensive: 140-159/90-99
