September 20, 2015 - 3:44pmEmergency contraception pills will be effective as long as you take it correctly after having sex. This is true even if you did ovulate when having sex. So you do not need to worry about pregnancy.
You may or may not experience the common symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, nausea, cramping, bloating, vomiting etc.
These may mirror pregnancy symptoms, but they are really the side effects of the drug.
