So I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago, I am on the patch and I had the sex on the third week of the birth control cycle(I have been on it for three months now) I also took a morning after pill 4 days after having sex, because I was scared and all that jazz..it's been a week since I have been off my patch and I still haven't gotten my period, am I pregnant or paranoid? I've been pregnant once before that's why I'm so worried..

Hi,
If you are using the birth control patch such as Ortho Evra, correctly,then you are protected against pregnancy. Are you changing the patch each week as directed? You took the morning after pill. That will mess up your menstrual cycle. You probably will be late in getting your period. You probably are not pregnant but if you are still concerned, call your doctor.

yes I change it as directed, and thank you(: it was just late. I didn't want a repeat of last time I got pregnant, I don't think I could put another baby up for adoption, so I was worried. thanks again for the help.
