The wetness was likely pre-ejaculate. Pre ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Spem can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening. Accidents can happen, so it’s best to use protection during this kind of rubbing if you are concerned.
