Can I get pregnant?

So on May 5th my boyfriend came over and he's in Marines and I never see him so we got together and I was completely naked but he still had his shorts on and I'm positive that his penis didn't penetrate me but even if it was close to me like that could I still get pregnant? It's now the 25th of May and I'm getting nervous because I haven't had my period yet.
