Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community regarding causes of left sided back pain.

When you were having a routine physical exam today, did you tell your primary care physician that you were having excruciating left sided back pain?

When did the pain start? Is it constant or does it come and go?

Causes can range from a herniated disc to poor posture.

Regards,
Maryann
