You should have it looked at by your dentist.
Are you due for a dental exam?
The development of a lump or mass anywhere on the body should be evaluated by a health care professional.
It will give you peace of mind.

I formed a small lump on the roof of my mouth in middle school due to orthodontic (a spacer). I thought it would go away on its own, but it's still there 10 years (or so) later. I don't believe it affects my health at all.
