I'm thirteen. When I was twelve I started this thing where every single time I laughed really hard I'd pee my pants. I still do. I'm good at hiding it and I'm too embaressed to tell my parents. I ignored it hoping it would go away on it's own. 2 Days ago I started to get this horrible cramp that felt like a period cramp. But it wasn't. My dad picked me up from my friends and when I got home I went to the bathroom. I kept having to pee and every time I went it was only a tiny tiny bit. It hurt really bad and burned and stung. It still does and when I wipe red orangish stuff comes off on the toilet paper that looks like blood. I only have to pee alot for like an hour, then if I relax and stop worrying I'll be okay until I go again. I looked it up online and theese are all bladder cancer symptoms. What is wrong with me?!

I know this is an embarrassing condition, but please tell at least your mom about this and have her set up an appointment with your doctor to have this checked out. What you describe sounds like a bladder infection - hopefully not worse than that!
