My boyfriend and I engaged in manual sex. If before fingering me he had semen on his hands, I wanted to know if him washing his hands with soap and water is enough to get rid of the sperm so it can't get my pregnant. I'm not on birth control and we didn't use protection. As a precaution before manual sex aka fingering, are soap and water enough to make sure that my boyfriend has no sperm on his hands? The vagina is inside of the body.
If you ejaculated in her vagina and she was ovulating, then there was a risk for becoming pregnant.
If you ejaculated outside of her body and wiped or washed the area, there was no risk.
If she took an emergency contraceptive the next day, and she had not yet ovulated, the pill should work and prevent pregnancy.

You were at risk of becoming pregnant by having unprotected intercourse, especially if this happened five days before you were to ovulate or on the day of ovulation.
This clear whitish fluid may have been pre ejaculte fluid, which itself does not contain sperm.
However, he had a recent ejaculation and if he didn't urinate prior to sex, there was some sperm left in his urethra. That is the tube through which semen and urine pass. So, it is likely that sperm was in his pre ejaculate fluid.
