GREATINGS.MY QUESTION IS I MISSED MY PERIOD

USUALLY IT'S A Cycle OF 20 DAYS BUT I DIDN'T SEE MY PERIOD FROM 19TH OF JUL UNTIL 19TH OF AUG, then on the it was pinkish,small drops until 20th Aug it turns to be brown and now it's coming with clots once a day

I'm now experiencing back pain, headache and I'm starving a lot can you please advice me what to do.
Your help will be much appreciated Thank you.

Call and speak with your gynecologist. The pink spotting made me think that this is implantation bleeding. However, the day passing of clots is a concern.
