i had a miscarriage a year ago,had a dnc and have not had a period since could they have seen more than i know or could that have thrown me into menapause?

Hi Anonymous,
A dilation and curettage, is a surgical procedure often performed after a first trimester miscarriage. Dilation means to open up the cervix; curettage means to remove the contents of the uterus. This should not send you into menopause. I am not sure how old you are, but are you close to menopausal age?
