I had the problem of alopacia totalis all over the body mainly was on eye brows,moustaches,beared and 50% head skull but after 3 years hair started growing at its own but very thin hair and with some blank spots. Can you suggest some remedy.

Alopecia totalis, also referred to as alopecia area, is thought to be an autoimmune condition. This occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys healthy body tissue.
Common treatments are:
steroid injection under the skin surface
medicines applied to the skin, including corticosteroids, immunotherapy, and minoxidil, which a medication used to treat hypertension
ultraviolet light therapy
