You probably have a prolapsed bladder or uterine prolapse.
Both conditions present with tissue protruding from the vagina and painful intercourse.
Since you had a surgical procedure to lift your bladder 10 years ago, there is a very good chance that you have a prolapsed bladder, again.
Give your doctor a call to make an appointment to be evaluated.

Thank you Maryann for your reply. I have tried to ignor this for too long. In between the time of first surgery I had back surgery and the med pump put in. I think all of that has made the situation worst. It was alarming when I found tissue at vag area. I am glad to have found this site to beable to find out the possible problem.
