Feb 28, I had a general check up including a blood test. HCG was <0.1
March 21, I went to my OB to get a refill prescription for my birth control. But I was told that my Urine test is positive.
I did a home PT test for 3 days now and everything is negative
HCG from March 21 came back and HCG is <2. The clinic says that I am not pregnant.
However, due to it's rising and now that 4 days had passed and I already accepted that I might be..this really made me sad.
I just want to know if I should do another HCG blood test again? the clinic was really bad. I just saw a PA to refer me to a sonogram.

I'm confused. If your last menstrual period was March 2, you were not pregnant on February 28, so hCG levels would be zero. If you have a 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle, you would have been ovulating around March 21.
hCG is a hormone that is produced only during pregnancy. It is secreted by the cells that form the placenta. Levels can be detected in blood about 11 days following conception and detected in urine about 12 to 14 days following conception.
An hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.
Something is not right.

Ok so I take pills.. Feb 28 was my general checkup, the HCG that day is <0.1 which is normal because I'm not pregnant. I know above 5 is thr HCG level that can be consider as pregnant. But last March 21 my HCG was 2. Which is clearly an increase from 0.1... I was thinking maybe my HCG is still rising.
LMP is March 2. I can be 2-3 weeks pregnant, right?
I've been in a rollercoaster emotion this week. At first my husband and I want one more year but after taking care of myself like as if Im pregnant, it is really kinda disappointing. I want the baby. =(
