Hi my right testicle is swollen with a little pain I had no discharges and it doesnt burn when I urinate what could my symptoms be.

Thank you for your question. Did you have any trauma to the testicle area? I notice that you chose sexually transmitted diseases as your subject area...are you thinking this may be sexually related? Thanks for any additional information so we may better assist you.
