I don't want to misguide you, so, I suggest that you call and ask your doctor if this multivitamin is right for you, how many caplets should you be taking each day and what other conditions may be causing your fatigue.

I am taking Multivitamin from 18 days and serving size 3 caplets

and when it will start work in my body ?

I am not familiar with this product, Bluebonnet multivitamins. Typically, the recommended daily dose of a multivitamin is one a day. Your complaint of chronic fatigue is something you really should have checked by your physician or at a health clinic. An underactive thyroid gland or hypothyroidism is one cause of feeling tired all the time.

The decision to continue or stop taking this diet pill is yours to make.
I still believe it is safer to lose belly fat and loss weight in a healthier way with reducing calories, drinking plenty of water and burning calories with daily regular exercise. Diet pills can lead to weight loss by interfering with fat metabolism or increasing water loss because they contain diuretics. Again, I repeat, that diet pills or weight loss supplements can cause health problems.

Hi Anonymous,
The ingredients in the new chapter pill include white and green tea. Both of these teas, along with black tea, coffee, cocoa and cola drinks, contain caffeine. Since diet pills are not approved or regulated by the FDA (in the United States), the amount of caffeine does not and may not be listed on the ingredient label. This can be dangerous. The amount of caffeine in the diet pill can be high and the danger risk rises if you have an additional caffeine intake as in beverages and some medications.
It would be in your best interest to stop taking these diet pill and any diet pills for that matter. Healthy weight loss tips that are safe include eating a healthy diet, reducing your daily calorie intake and exercising regularly.

Hi Susan,

Today i went to the shop and asked man who work there about
what happened to me, as he said: I should stop all beverages
contain caffeine, it is make you heart beat rapid.
usually i take one time tea in the morning, i don't think so tea
with pill will make all of that !
