Guide

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you had a hysterectomy at such a young age and are now suffering from depression. The best way to manage depression is to get treatment. Find a psychiatrist or psychologist that is well trained and specializes in treating depression. With regular counseling therapy and medication, you get back to living life and enjoying it.
