Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community.

You would be considered to be a high risk pregnancy based on your age. Pregnancy risks are higher for mothers age 35 and older.

You can expect to be closely monitored during your pregnancy. Be sure to keep all scheduled prenatal visits with your obstetrician. Follow dietary and activity recommendations. Avoid all risky substances like smoking and alcohol.

Best regards,
Maryann
