Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

Have you been trying to become pregnant for the last four months?

If so, and you have been having unprotected intercourse, you may have become pregnant.

If this light bleeding was spotting, not a flow that required a tampon or pad, pink or brown in color and lasts only about two to three days, then take a home pregnancy test.

If the light bleeding increases to a flow, then it is your period.

Regards,
Maryann
