I feel every sign of pregnancy for months now but scan is showing no pregnancy, what is wrong?

I am assuming you had a pelvic ultrasound and a blood pregnancy test. What does your gynecologist think?

What symptoms are you experiencing? How long have you felt this way? When was your last menstrual period?
