I had unprotected sex with my GF 8 days(11 feb) ago then immdetiely she took emergency contraceptive pill. 2 days(17 feb) ago again we have a protected sex but i had doubt if condom fails. so in this condition what should i do? i should gave her a emergency contraceptive pill again or any other pill? because she delayed her periods by 5 days (her periods date is 14 feb).

Taking two pills like this is a huge amount of hormones that can have difficult side effects (read the paperwork in the pack to know more). Since it was two days since she took the pill she may need to take it again but only if there is a real chance that the condom failed.
