I have a sore on one of my breast and realy red and a little leakage ?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. It might be good to have it checked by your doctor.  It can be a fungal infection or irritation from rubbing on clothing.  But the only way to know is by having your doctor look at it.
