I have very irregular cramping 2-3 days after having sex, I missed my pills two days and took one very late the third day, could i be pregnant or is it PMS?

Assuming the missed pills were active pills and you were possibly ovulating, having unprotected sex for three days increases your chance of pregnancy.

If your period is late beyond one week, take a home pregnancy test.
Read and follow the directions carefully to insure that you get accurate results.
