I’m suffering with osteoarthritis drs have given injections, I do hot and cold and stretch. Nothing helps. I was on pain meds. Not anymore. What can I do

Osteoarthritis is the wearing down of the protective tissue at the ends of bones (cartilage) which occurs gradually and worsens over time. Joint pain in the hands, neck, lower back, knees, or hips is the most common symptom. Medications, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery can help reduce pain and maintain joint movement. Speak to your doctor about your options moving forward.
