Please take your missed birth control pill to avoid any possibility of pregnancy. If this was not last night and you missed it completely, then continue taking your pills as directed-- while you may not have full protection from the pills, you are still protected. If this ever happens again, take your pill as soon as you remember.

There is a chance of pregnancy, although not very high. If you miss a period then take a pregnancy test.
