The most common side effects associated with emergency contraception pills include:
Nausea
Abdominal pain
Fatigue
Headache
Menstrual changes.

You may have a stomach virus or perhaps ate something that did not agree with you - since this came on well over a week after you took the pills. We cannot know. See your doctor if it persists.
