Hello Anonymous,
I know your pain. I live with Lupus, too. You may want to speak to your doctor about support hose. When I wear them, the swelling of my legs and feet is minimized as wll as the pain. May you have less pain in the future,

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing so much pain. Please take some time to visit our Lupus Page here https://www.empowher.com/condition/lupus.

Have you seen a physician about your pain yet? It was very common for Lupus patients to experience joint pains and this appears to be what you are experiencing now. Here is a great article about living a balanced life while having Lupus https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/living-balanced-life-lupus.

I hope these articles help you. Please let us know.
