Im 47 yrs old and having lower back pain and fullness and pressure between my ribs I feel like IM pregnant but i cant be, wondering what is wrong?????

You need to be evaluated by your physician. Your doctor may order an ultrasound of the abdomen to determine the cause of your symptoms.
