Your fertile window is five days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation.
The new menstrual cycle starts on the first day of your period. Generally, ovulation happens in the middle of the menstrual cycle, between day 11 and day 21. Just start keeping track. There are various ways to track ovulation. Find the one that works best for you.
