Is it normal for 3 moles to appear in 4 days?

I am 20 years old. I shave my legs every 4 days. I shaved my legs tonight and discovered 3 new moles. One on the back of my thigh, one on my ankle and the other on my foot. When I shaved my legs 4 days ago there were no moles on my legs at all. Should I be concerned?
