I'm having difficulty remembering where I'm at in on a road less traveled. Always forget what I walked in a room to do

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

The 40s are often the start of peri-menopause and one symptom is a change in memory (meaning it can decrease).
However, forgetting much of an entire day is different and requires an evaluation. Please call your doctor.
Best,
Susan
