I was diagnosed with this last week and was given 2 Grams of Flagyl antibiotic. I told my boyfriend and he went to his doctor (thats where he feels comfortable) and his doctor performed a urine and penial analysis. His test came back negative? So he was not treated. We both have not cheated and have been together a year this month.
I am going back to the doctors today at 3pm because I dont think the medicine is working for me because as of yesterday I am having a thick discharge. ((Sorry if its t.m.i))
What do you think??
Is it normal that my boyfriend is negative and not medicated but I am positive and have to be treated??

Yes, That is how I feel as well. He does not want to come to my doctor because he fully trusts his doctor because they have been since he was about 8 years old.
I have an appointment at 3pm to get further treatment. I will definately be more careful if he still chooses not seek treatment.

I just had trich not too long ago. I was treated for it. They said the cells wwere dead last week. But I had unprotected sex with a guy I used to know from high school. I told him I had the disease. And I think it came back. I told him to go and get tested. He told me he will but on his own time. Regardless that I told him he said it's not a big deal since its treatable and told me I'm overreacting. I'm really mad. I told him he's acting immature and irresponsible. And he told me I'm acting childish about this. We just went back and forth about this. He said since its curable he's still not worried. I cut him off. But I told him fine and blocked him from my FB. I am really ticked. What is your advice about this?

Yes I am sure he went to the doctor. I also saw the copy of his test results. He had 2 tests done to be sure.
I recieved another answer on another site that said it is possible that he is negative and I have a bad case of it and may need a longer more profound treatment.
I have not used condoms as we have known each other 6 years and have been dating for over a year. (Both liked each other but were afraid the other did not feel the same...turns out we did :-) lol
