So I had unprotected set with my partner on March 25 at 6pm (my period ended March 24). March 26 I took a plan b within 18 hours of having sex. About a week later I bleed for 3 days with it starting to be brown and getting red over the course of the 3 days. I took a pregnancy test on the first day of bleeding and it came out negative. After the bleeding, I haven’t had cramps or anything and haven’t seen any changes in my health. I took another test April 14, and it came out negative as well. My period was suppose to come on April 16, but nothing has happened. I feel like it might be stress because finals are here, but I need a second opinion on this. Could I be pregnant or is this the plan b delaying everything?

Hello. Thank you for posting.
You should always read the information that comes with the pills so you know what to expect. A common side effect of ECP is an early or a late period. If your tests are negative this indicates you are not pregnant.

So what would be an estimated time frame for my period to come back on?

Hello.
Your period should get back to normal by the second cycle. However, each woman is different and we cannot predict what each woman's experience will be with ECP. Stress can impact the menstrual cycle in general, and in addition to ECP.
