Hello. Ok this might be a little long please forgive me. I had unprotected sex with my partner on the 3rd of July since then I've been having the worse symptoms ever ! Cramping, but extreme back pain, hip pain, nausea, hungry all the time but desire sweets rather than food, moody and irritable and really fatigued. Anyway on the 17 July I had pink water liquid when i wiped! the next day I was bleeding heavy with blood clots I suppose i was meant to have started my period but this period was really off . I must add I have a 3 year old and bled heavily till I was 6 months pregnant with blood clots! My periods last 7 days this was 5 days. had to change my pads continually 1-2 hours throughout the first 3 days then the 4 and 5 I was still having blood clots. I had bad headaches, extreme back pains, fatigue and cramping with this 'period' . Which never ever happens! Bleeding stopped (21 July) with light spotting and some little clots today I feel nauseated again really sick and cramping and have intense dizzy spells . Since the bleeding stopped im still having these weird symptoms. When i found out i was pregnant with my son i also had intense back aches eary on! What's going on !! Could I have miscarried or am I pregnant I just don't feel right ! I'm aboard atm on holiday so can't see a doctor until I'm back home. Could someone shed some light!

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us. My first response would be this was a miscarriage. However, you shared that you had bleeding during the first six months of your last pregnancy.

I understand that you are on holiday. But try to reach out to your gynecologist. Consider telephone or email. Rest when you can. Keep well hydrated. Schedule an appointment for as soon as possible upon your return.

Kindly keep us updated.
