Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
It is impossible to become pregnant from outercourse. He must ejaculate into your vagina during penetration in oder of pregnancy to occur.
You do not need to take emergency contraception because you did not have intercourse. If you decide to take the pill anyway, be aware that side effects include: vaginal bleeding a few days later (not your regular period), potential disrupted menstrual cycle, nausea, tender breasts, cramping etc. Although these symptoms can mirror pregnancy, they are only side effects of the drug.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that takes more about outercourse and pregnancy.
