Hello Anon

I am very sorry to know about your cousin's cancer - he's clearly going through huge turmoil in his life.

According to the American Cancer Society, it is possible to live without a pancreas. However, a person will likely become completely dependent on insulin. His doctors will be working closely with him.
We wish him the best.
