I had a sinus infection last month and did a lot of nose blowing. Ever since then my left ear feels like something is in it. Sometimes it will pop or my hearing will go for a minute. No pain
just uncomfortable. Never had this before and have never had an ear infection. Sometimes I will hold my nose closed and blow and my let hear feels like it is opening and closing.

Anon - An ear popping sensation can result from a blocked or obstructed Eustachian tube. This is caused most often by a cold, but sinus infections and nasal allergies can also cause this. The reason is that a stuffy nose leads to swollen membranes that block the opening of the Eustachian tube. When that happens middle ear pressure can't be equalized, as it normally would be. The air already there is absorbed and a vacuum occurs. This pulls the eardrum inward and stretches it. Since the eardrum can't vibrate normally sounds may be muffled or blocked, and sometimes the stretching can be painful. If the tube remains blocked it can lead to an ear infection https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/ear-infections

In many cases these situations will resolve on their own, but in other cases medical intervention is needed. If you begin experiencing a lot of pain you need to contact your medical provider and seek advice.
