Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. We are here to help in any way that we can. My heart goes out to you. No one should suffer in such a prolonged abusive relationship.

Have you thought about leaving your husband and starting your life over again? Are your adult children supportive of you? Do you have means of earning a living?

You might find inspiration in the shared experiences of other women. Here is one article, "Why Did I Stay in a Broken Marriage?"
