My tubes been tied for ten years,I feel bubbles I have gas not normal for me,my back hurts a lot,I be feeling as starving or thirsty,belly cramps sometimes. I'm emotional, took HTP it said negative, but I urined all night til 5am,so I tested at 7 ?I wouldn't call that first urine

I would not trust the results of that one home pregnancy test. You are correct. If you were urinating throughout the night, the morning urine was not concentrated.
Anonymous, you have a couple of things going on that really need to be evaluated by a physician. Please consider calling and making an appointment.
Increased gas and belly cramps could mean a gastrointestinal problem. Urinating through out the night signals a problem with your urinary tract. Increased thirst makes me think type 2 diabetes.
It is time for a complete physical exam.
