My husband and I have had sex on the 17th,20th and 24th, i ovulated on the 23rd. A few days later the 26th i began to cramp which lasted for about two days. My expected period was to come on the 4th it never showed, i started spotting the next day it stopped a few hrs later. The next day i assumed i got a very light period, only used one pad. Then on the 7th, yday, nothing! Can anyone explain whats going on? Ive also had a few other symptoms, fatigue, headaches, heartburn, sore breast, back aches and my husband thinks ive been a little snappy lately . Please help , i have a doctors appointment Friday but we cant wait until then.

Well, I'm afraid that you and your husband will have to wait until Friday to get a definitive answer, unless you do a home pregnancy test before then.
