Anon,

Is there a wellness clinic or a minor emergency clinic near you? You could go there and it would probably be less expensive than if you were going to a hospital, for instance.

I second what Rosa said -- you really need to see a doctor. You may need antibiotics in order to clear up an infection, and it'll only get worse without treatment if that's so.

Please go see someone today, OK?

Dear Anon,

I know you don't have insurance but you really need to go in to see a doctor. You may have a Urinary Tract Infection which may be causing the pain around your kidney and the blood in your urine. I can neither diagnose you nor treat you for this or any condition so it is essential that you see a doctor, otherwise the pain will only get worse and can cause serious damage to your kidneys.

As far as the blood in your stool, if you have been constipated and straining it may be caused by hemorrhoids, but I would also mention this to the doctor.

Good luck, please keep us posted.
