I was taking my BF's condom off and might have gotten some semen on my hand. I quickly washed my hands with soap and dried it really fast. Then, I touched my clitoris and opening right away. Can I get pregnant like that?

You can stop worrying. You cannot get pregnant like this because you did one very important thing- you washed your hands with soap. Sperm lives outside of the body for about 20 minutes to one hour. But, washing semen off with soap and water, then drying your hands, removed the semen. No sperm remained on your hands to enter your vagina.
