Hi regret,

Sperm is contained in semen, which is the fluid that is ejaculated from the penis. Pre-ejaculate doesn't always contain sperm. If he ejaculates outside of her, on her labia or pelvic area, there is a very slight chance that any sperm might "swim" into the vagina. Best chance is with penetration and ejaculation.

Hello regret,

According to Roger W. Harms, M.D. associated with the Mayo Clinic website,
generally, having an abortion does not increase the risk of fertility issues or complications in future pregnancies.

However, he cites a possible link between abortion and the increased risk of:
Vaginal bleeding during early pregnancy
Preterm birth
Low birth weight
Placenta previa — when the placenta partially or completely covers the cervix, which can cause severe bleeding before or during delivery

In rare cases, a surgical abortion can damage the cervix or uterus. In such cases, surgery might be needed to correct the damage before a woman can conceive again.

Regret, does this answer your question?
