Hello achiever2012,

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

It is important to schedule an appointment with your gynecologist/obstetrician. Your healthcare provider will monitor your blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and weight. Your obstetrician will offer dietary recommendations to help you maintain a healthy weight and receive the adequate nutrients to ensure the proper development of your unborn child.

Here is a good article to get you started: "Healthy Eating during Your Pregnancy is Key" https://www.empowher.com/pregnancy/content/healthy-eating-during-your-pr...

Please mention the pain in your breast to your physician.
Breast tenderness is one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy. But,it usually starts around week 4 to week 7 and lasts through the first trimester. Breast tenderness is the result of the changes caused by estrogen and progesterone levels, and increased fat development and blood flow to the breasts. All of this is preparation for breast feeding.

Best wishes,
Maryann
