Right below my rib cage, left side but more centered, I feel something move

No I'm not pregnant. If I lay on my back and push hard it takes my breath away, when I sit up it feels as if it rolls back into place. Very tender. I know on the other side I have a hernia, but it's nothing like this.

Thank you for writing.

The area you are describing contains the spleen which can sometimes becomes enlarged. The spleen helps to rid the body of waste.
Enlargement could be due to a liver problem but it can also happen when the spleen is working hard. While we cannot say this is what's going on with you, call your doctor if you have further concerns.
