Should i consider ECP??

Hi im Jessica 24 yrs old My LMP started Jan 18 and finished on Jan 23. Me and my bf had intercourse yesterday Jan 31 we used withdrawal method. My question is should i consider ECP as another form of contraception? Please help. Thank you.

Emergency contraception causes hormone changes that disrupts your regular period and can also cause PMS-like symptoms. Therefore, it is only meant to be taken in case of emergencies, not every time you have intercourse.
Therefore if you plan to have regular intercourse I suggest you use a sustainable form of birth control such as condoms and/or monthly birth control pills.
