Hello Anon
Thank you for writing!
From my research, there are few natural treatments for this condition. The macula is found in the retina and macular edema occurs when fluid swells in this area. It is not a disease in and of itself, but is a symptom of something else. What is your diagnosis?

Treatment is usually with injections or non-steroid drops. Lack of treatment can result in loss of vision.

We look forward to hearing back from you-
Susan
