So on Monday it was the first time since July 2016 that I had unprotected sex. At the beginning of march I started getting an uncomfortable itchy sensation and when I was urinating it would sting and I had also noticed that I started having an unusual smell in my discharge. So on Monday I was having unprotected sex and it happend twice that day, the first time it started to hurt but when it happened the second time it felt okay, once we finished I went to the bathroom and had blood on the tissue, I've had light red ish spotting since I had intercourse, could this be a sign of pregnancy?

i do not know what the cause of the spotting was, but it was too early after intercourse to be pregnancy related.
You need to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. The itching, pain with urination and unusual smell of your vaginal discharge need to be evaluated.
