Thank you for sharing your question. No need to worry. You cannot become pregnant from these interactions. The ONLY way a girl can become pregnant is if a male ejaculates into her vagina during intercourse.
The "wetness" you feel after having these interactions is a natural lubricant that your body makes when sexually aroused. It is not at all connected to pregnancy.
