I missed one pill Thursday night, in my third week, but made it up as soon as i woke up on Friday morning. I also took my pill about 3 hours late on Saturday night, which would have been my last active pill. My boyfriend and I had sex soon after. We used a condom, but it broke. He had already went shortly before we had sex. He went inside of me not knowing the condom broke, but he barely went. What are my chances of getting pregnant?

Hi Anonymous,
You should have been safe and protected because you made up for the missed dose eight hours later.

I forgot to take my pill Saturday and I usually take it around 10pm. My partner came over and we had sex Sunday 2-3ish pm, then I took both pills right after sex (Saturday and Sunday). I went to work after, come home around 9, and took a plan B pill. Should I be okay?

Hi, my first day of my last mentrual period was September 18. My average cycle is 26 days. I have been on the mini pill for several months. I am on the first week of a new pack and take the pills at 1:30pm every day. On sunday September 25th I had unprotected sex at 8:30pm. I then realized that i forgot to take my pill that day. I took the pill asap and continuted to take my pills on time Monday and Tuesday. Could I be pregnant?

I also had unprotected sex that Tuesday September 27. Since I have continued to take my pill on time, if I am pregnant could the pills hurt the baby? Should I stop taking the pills until I have confirmed whether or not I'm pregnant?

Hello Anonymous,
It all depends on how many pills you missed. Miss one pill, make it up. Miss two or more pills, back it up by using alternate protection, like a condom.
When you miss an active pill, you lose the protection. So, there could have been a chance for becoming pregnant.
Wait for withdrawal bleeding to know.

Hi, okay so I usually take my birth control at 4 pm each day and I thought I took it Friday but I didn't so I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he came inside me as usually. I didn't noticed I didn't take till the next day Saturday at 4 so I freak out took the Fiday pill, freaked out some more and took the Saturday pill which was that day, the pamphlet thing said that was right but I just want to be assured. Please right back and tell me there's no chance of me being pregnant.

Hi! I missed my pill last night (Friday), and had unprotected sex tonight (Saturday). I took last night's pill and tonight's pill at the same time (Saturday). Those are the last two pills in my pack before my placebos. Am I at risk?
